NAHID NAZIA, One of the most popular Singer in London and Bangladesh.
She Regularly performed Modern, Flok and Nazrul songs as a higher A grade enlisted artist since 1980 on Bangladesh Betar and TV Channels in Bangladesh including BTV, Channel I, ATN Bangla, NTV, Banglavision, Ekushey TV, Ekattor TV, SATV, Mohono, My TV, Asian TV, Boishakhi TV as well as many TV Channel in India and The USA
Many of her Music Video & Live Performance telecasted on Tara TV, Kolkata for the last 15 years.
NAHID NAZIA has performed LIVE in many countries of Europe, Asia, America, Australia and created Seven Albums. The last one was with renowned Bollywood Singer Shaan, Babul Suprio and Binodh Rathode. Her First Album was published in 1991. The Eighth Album named `Premer Joarey' (Robindro Shongeet) will be published on July 2015 and the Ninth Album named `Chirodin Suchitra-Uttam' with Singer Soumya Bose, poet Syed Al Farooque and Reciter-Presnter Anindita Kaji will also published within a month or two.
In the UK, She Joined various shows on BBC, Bangla TV, Channel S, ATN UK, Channel I Europe, NTV Europe, Channel 9 Europe, Vekton TV, Betar Bangla, Sunrise, Akash Radio, Spectrum and many more. She Directed, Produced and Presented a Series of Documentary-film call SHABASH BANGALEE, 26 Episodes were telecast on Channel S. Her another remarkable Documentary Film is History of Indian Restaurant in UK (1950-1975).
She has worked with Film and Music director Benjamin Till and participated on the occasion of 150th anniversary of BIG BEN. Also worked with Music-director Garothh in a Bangla Fusion music project. She organised and managed a number of Cultural and Social Event, which was widely appreciated. She presents a popular Musical Program GAAN SHUDHU GAAN at 24 hours Radio Channel at Betar Bangla 2 hours LIVE in every week. Also organise Mul-Shondha Cultural-Adda Program weekly basis on Stage.
On the occasion of the Diamond Jubilee of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II at 2012 NAHID NAZIA participated in the Thames Diamond Jubilee Pageant with her Vocal, which is once in a life-time opportunity for any Singer.
NAHID NAZIA is the CEO of MIC N VISION and General Secretory of MULDHARA.
After Seven years of her London-life she has now concentrated more in Dhaka & kolkata and planned to stay most of the time in Dhaka & rest in Kolkata and London.
